Wildfire in South Jersey's Wharton State Forest is now 90% contained

The Mines Spung Wildfire in Wharton State Forest has grown to nearly 6,000 acres, but is 90% contained as of Tuesday afternoon. The blaze, which sparked Friday, has closed numerous roads, a campground and part of Batona Trail.

Purdue Pharma's $7.4 billion opioid settlement will pay $200 million to Pa. and $125 million to N.J.

All 50 U.S. states have signed onto a $7.4 billion settlement with Purdue Pharma, the maker of OxyContin, and the pharmaceutical company's owners, the Sacklers. The family is barred from selling opioids in America and still subject to civil lawsuits. Pennsylvania will receive $200 million; New Jersey will get $124.5 million.
