Philadelphia police are seeking help identifying this man, who, police said, forced a 25-year-old man into a car at 19th and Market streets in broad daylight on Feb. 4, took him to a bank and demanded money.

A suspect allegedly grabbed a 25-year-old man walking near 19th and Market streets last week, forced him into a car at gunpoint and then drove him to a bank, where he demanded that the man withdraw money, Philadelphia police said.

According to police, the suspect is about 25 years old and about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a stocky build and dark complexion.

The incident began at about 2:15 p.m. on Thursday when police said the man was approached by the suspect as he was leaving work.

The suspect was wearing dark clothing at the time and was known to the man as "P," police said. He allegedly forced the man into a black, four-door Audi at gunpoint, where a second suspect was waiting behind the wheel.

The suspect allegedly told the man he was taking him to the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, located on the seventh floor of a building at 501 S. 54th St., police said.

The suspect accompanied the man into the bank, signed into the branch with the name "Maleek Scott" and proceeded to the teller window with him, police said.
