Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help identifying a man they say held up another man outside a Port Richmond bank on Nov. 27.
According to authorities, a 52-year-old man told police he was at the ATM of a Wells Fargo at 3449 Aramingo Ave. at about 12:05 a.m. to make a deposit when another man approached him.

According to police, when the victim turned around, the man pulled out a handgun and demanded money.
Police said after the man got the money, he fled in an unknown direction.
Police described the suspect as a black male, about 20 years old, who was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, a blue hooded sweatshirt and had his face covered with his shirt.
