Hang with your favorite players at the Flyers Wives Carnival

Annual charity event features fan photographs, family fun

Want to meet Claude Giroux, Wayne Simmonds, Jake Voracek, Steve Mason, Ron Hextall, Bernie Parent and more Flyers favorites? Well, this weekend is your chance! The Flyers Wives Carnival will fly into Wells Fargo Center on March 1.

The 38th annual event gets fans up close and personal with their favorite team with autograph signings, photo opportunities, games, family activities and more. This year, there will be a full-sized ferris wheel on the floor of the arena.

Attendees can take a photo with the Stanley Cup, pretend to be Head Coach Craig Berube at a press conference and try their hand at a Shot On Goal game.

Proceeds from the event benefit Flyers Charities, which serves local organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, CHOP and Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation. Early admission tickets are available for the event and parking is free all day. Tickets for photo, autograph and game opportunities are not included in general admission and must be purchased separately.
