A dispute between neighbors in Port Richmond led to gunfire Tuesday night, 6ABC reports.
Shots were fired just before 11:30 p.m. in the 2100 block of E. Ann St.
According to police, a 65-year-old man opened fire on his neighbor after the 31-year-old threatened him with a shovel.
The 31-year-old, who was shot in the stomach, is in critical condition. He is expected to survive.
The alleged gunman remained on the scene. He surrendered to officers and was taken into custody.
It was unclear if he will be charged.
