Claude and Ryanne Giroux picked Valentine's Day to let the world know their family will be growing this year.
The longtime Flyers captain, 31, joined his wife in celebrating the announcement on Twitter, with a holiday-themed display signaling a baby boy will be coming in August.

The couple, both from the Ottawa area, met in 2012 and tied the knot last July.

Giroux recently appeared in the NHL All-Star Game and is helping lead an improbable playoff push for a Flyers team that had looked to be out of the mix at the start of January.

In the interest of the child, it's probably best that a restraining order be obtained against Gritty, who's obsessed with Giroux and is not stable even on his feet.
