Police: One man killed, two injured in Kensington shooting

Investigation underway after three victims taken to Temple University Hospital

One man was killed and two others were injured in triple shooting in Kensington Friday afternoon, Philadelphia police said.

The incident occurred at the 3000 block of B Street at 4:26 p.m. on Friday. Three men, all in their twenties, were wounded by gunfire and taken to Temple University Hospital, CBS 3 reports.

A 22-year-old man was placed in critical condition after he was shot in the head and chest. He was later pronounced dead.

A second man, also 22, was shot in the back and transported to the hospital in stable condition.

The third man, 25, was shot in the chest, arm, back and hand. Police said he was placed in critical condition.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is underway. The identities of the victims have not been released.
