Will idiots snub Brian Dawkins and Terrell Owens for the Hall of Fame again in 2018?

Jimmy Kempski's Super Bowl LII pick

.Yes, Tom Brady is still the quarterback of the New England Patriots. Yes, Bill Belichick is still the head coach. Yes, Rob Gronkowski is still a behemoth to have to deal with (assuming he makes it through the concussion protocol in time for Sunday). And yes, the Pats, like the Eagles, are 15-3. Still, this is a flawed team, and not as good as many of the Patriots teams of the Tom Brady era.

Is supremely respected Jason Peters a future scout or coach?

Philadelphia Eagles legend Brian Dawkins' official title is listed on the team's website as "Executive / Football Operations." Unofficially, he was also helping coach the defensive backs and linebackers, teaching that techniques and making himself available to any player who needed any kind of guidance, football-related, or other. A player with a similar level of juice as Dawkins within the Eagles' locker room is Jason Peters.

One of the perceived advantages that the New England Patriots have in the Super Bowl is that they are a far more experienced playoff team than the Philadelphia Eagles. It's certainly a fair point. Before this season, the Birds hadn't been to the playoffs since the 2013 season, and they hadn't won a playoff game since the 2008 season, while the Pats are, you know, the Pats.

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski clears concussion protocol, will play in Super Bowl

On Thursday, Gronkowski passed through the NFL's concussion protocol, and will be a go on Sunday in the Super Bowl.
