And so begins the search for Pederson's staff. An obvious crucial hires will be the selection of a defensive coordinator. One name that has emerged early on is Jim Schwartz, who served as the Titans' defensive coordinator from 2001-2008, the Lions' head coach from 2009-2013, and then the Bills in 2014.
