Philadelphia police arrested three protesters who demonstrated Thursday morning outside of the Fox29 studios at Fourth and Market streets. They included Erica Mines and Rufus Farmer, who interrupted former President Bill Clinton last week during a Mount Airy campaign event for his wife, Hillary.

State lawmakers announced Wednesday they are introducing a legislation that would automatically seal nonviolent misdemeanors and other minor crimes after an established period of time. Dubbed the Clean Slate Act, the bipartisan proposal would unburden Pennsylvanians who struggle to obtain employment, housing or education due to a blemish on an otherwise clean criminal record, state Sen. Positive Train Control set to launch April 18 on SEPTA's Warminster line

SEPTA will commence using its Positive Train Control system on the Warminster Regional Rail Line on Monday, April 18. The Federal Railroad Administration gave SEPTA written authorization to implement provisional Revenue Service Operations, a fancy title for having the technology system active during regular passenger service.
