The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the law preventing sports gambling in all states except Nevada is unconstitutional. The decision paves the way for New Jersey to open sports books at Atlantic City casinos and at New Jersey horse tracks with in weeks. Sports gambling operations could commence in Pennsylvania and Delaware within months.
