Police are looking to identify and locate the suspect wanted for auto theft in Northeast Philadelphia.

If you are one to leave your car keys on the rack during your gym session, you may want to reconsider.

Police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect wanted for auto theft in Northeast Philadelphia.

In surveillance video released by police Monday, an unknown male can be seen entering a Planet Fitness at 9950 Roosevelt Blvd. on June 22 at 2:53 p.m.

The suspect goes to the customer service area where the key rack used by clients while working out is located. He then takes a set of car keys and walks out to the parking lot, where he steals the complainant’s car, police say.

Police describe the suspect as a male of unknown race with a light complexion, thin build, beard, wearing a white T-shirt, dark-colored shorts and black sneakers.
