A bird's-eye view of Aqimero at the Ritz-Carlton during the DNC. The newly renovated space is stripped of a wine cellar that previously overwhelmed the center of the space.
Aqimero, located in the lobby of The Ritz-Carlton, now serves bottomless brunch. The restaurant, launched in June by restaurateur Richard Sandoval, has Latin flair, a fondness for seafood dishes and plenty of speciality cocktails -- all of which transfers to the new brunch menu.

Brunch works like this: Spend $65 per person for three courses and unlimited cocktails or $35 for three courses and no cocktails.
The traditional mimosas and bloody marys are included in the cocktail selection, but there's also a drink with blood orange liqueur, peppery sangrita and Corona Light for those looking to up their brunch-game.
As for dishes, there are plenty of options. The first course has a choice of four, the second course a choice of seven and the third course a choice of three.
