Lehigh Country Club

A new stop on the PGA TOUR Champions schedule – the Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic presented by Sodexo – is coming to beautiful Lehigh Country Club in Allentown this fall, bringing together legendary golfers, fans and local leaders for a meaningful and memorable weeklong experience.

Jefferson Health, which includes Lehigh Valley Health Network, is the title sponsor for the tournament, which will run Sept. 28-Oct. 4, 2026. Sodexo, a global leader in food and services celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, is the presenting sponsor.

The Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic will feature a 78‑player field competing over three days in a 54-hole, stroke‑play format. As part of the PGA TOUR Champions schedule, the event attracts some of the most accomplished names in golf – athletes whose careers have shaped the sport for decades. Fans can expect to see icons such as: Bernhard Langer, Steve Stricker, Stewart Cink, Ernie Els, Padraig Harrington, Fred Couples, Vijay Singh, John Daly, Justin Leonard, Darren Clarke and Dicky Pride.

Lehigh Country Club is regarded as one of the top golf destinations not only in the Lehigh Valley, but in Pennsylvania, routinely ranked among the top courses in the state. Designed by renowned golf course architect William S. Flynn in 1927, the course is situated along the Little Lehigh Creek and is one of the most beautiful and natural parkland courses in the world.

It’s the beginning of what promises to become a marquee tradition on regional and national golf calendars, blending new energy with the timeless appeal of championship‑level play.

At its core, the Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic is driven by a mission that extends far beyond the fairways. The tournament is about more than golf. It’s about giving back, with proceeds benefiting charities throughout the greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley regions, including the primary beneficiaries of the inaugural tournament – Eagles Autism Foundation, Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation and Valley Youth House.

Everything you need to know about the Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic presented by Sodexo can be found at www.jeffersonclassic.com. Here are some highlights.

The entire week has something for everyone, including:

• Eagles & Friends Celebrity Pro‑Am – a unique opportunity for celebrities, athletes and business leaders to tee it up alongside PGA TOUR Champions professionals

• The official Pro‑Am – a once‑in‑a‑lifetime chance for amateur golfers to play shoulder‑to‑shoulder with legends of the game

• Premium hospitality experiences with options such as 18th‑green skyboxes and cabanas at the 9th and 16th greens, which offer elevated views, gourmet food and a relaxed social atmosphere

Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way to support the tournament’s philanthropic mission.

You don’t have to be a golfer to help, and there are a variety of ways the tournament could use your help, including player transportation, being a spotter, a standard bearer, and more. Volunteer information is available at jeffersonclassic.com.

Purchasing a volunteer package entitles you to apparel, including a tournament-branded shirt, hat and outerwear. You also get access to the grounds when you’re not working and two complimentary tickets to watch tournament play Friday-Sunday.

Tailgating Zone

Tournament week will provide an elevated on-site fan experience with the conveniently placed Wind Creek Tailgate Zone, located between the hospitality venues on the 18th and 16th holes and open to all ticketholders. This area will provide fans a place to watch college and professional football on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Located in this area will be the B. Braun Kids Zone featuring the First Tee Putting Challenge, a Rita's Ice truck, ice-cold beverages from Yuengling, among many other partnership activations. There will be something for the whole family and you’ll be giving back to the great communities we call home.
