Traffic was delayed Tuesday morning after two cars collided with a tractor-trailer off the Schuylkill Expressway, NBC10 reports.
The crash, which occurred around 6 a.m., closed the eastbound ramp from I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) to I-676 (Vine Street Expressway).
Two people were reported to have minor injuries, according to dispatchers.
The ramp was reopened in less than an hour, but drivers can still expect delays for the morning commute.
