Pennsylvania State Police arrested and charged a Lehigh Valley woman who was allegedly caught in a sexual encounter with another woman outside a Wawa store in Lower Macungie Township.

According to authorities, the incident occurred Friday night at approximately 8:45 p.m. in the parking lot of the Wawa on 3321 Willow Lane, Lehigh Valley Live reported. Allentown resident Samantha Dier, 25, was allegedly spotted in the passenger seat of a parked vehicle with her pants off, engaging in what a responding trooper called "inappropriate behavior," police told 69 News.

The windows were down and passengers passed freely in and out of the convenience store.

When the trooper from the Fogelsville barracks asked Dier for identification, she allegedly handed him a credit card. Another trooper who arrived at the scene soon after reported that Dier became "verbally aggressive," hurling obscene language at him as she exited the car and approached him. She was asked to return to the vehicle but failed to comply with orders, officials said.

State police charged Dier with indecent exposure, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. She was arraigned Saturday in district court in Emmaus and released after posting $5,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 12.

Troopers did not list or indicate any pending charges against the second woman in the vehicle.
