Ginger Lemonade – makes 6 servings
Ingredients:1 piece (10cm) fresh ginger
1 cup of lemon juice (4 lemons)
1/3 cup of maple syrup
6 cups of water
2 lemons for garnish (optional)
- In a food processor, blend ginger then add lemon juice.
- In a large container, mix water and maple syrup with ginger.
- Strain out ginger pulp and serve.
