Week 4 of the NFL season is in the books, and the Eagles are at their lowest spot of the season in our hierarchy. Last week we had our first obituary of the season, when we killed off the Bears, but there are no new additions to the graveyard this week. Here's this week's hierarchy/obituary:

Appearing on Daniel Jeremiah's "Move the Sticks" podcast, former Ravens head coach and current FOX broadcaster Brian Billick went off on Chip Kelly and the Eagles. Billick was asked where Chip Kelly could go for answers after the Eagles' rough start, which led to the following rant.
