Camden energy company Holtec International to pay $5 million to settle tax investigation

Holtec International has reached a settlement with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office ending the criminal investigation into Holtec providing fraudulent information to the state to earn tax breaks. Camden, will pay a $5 million fine and in exchange neither it nor executives will face criminal prosecution.

A Philadelphia pharmacy will pay $4.6 million to resolve health care fraud investigations. Federal prosecutors say Pennmark Pharmacy on South Street billed Medicaid and Medicare for prescriptions that were never dispensed.
