A man was critically injured in a shooting Sunday night in West Philadelphia, CBSPhilly reports.
Gunfire broke out around 11:45 p.m. at 52nd Street and Hazel Avenue.
A 23-year-old man, who was shot in the chest at least once, was taken to Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition, according to police.
Police found nine shell casings at the scene. Two people of interest in connection with the shooting are being questioned, police say.
In a separate incident early Monday, police found a Dodge Charger riddled with bullet holes at Rising Sun Avenue and Old York Road, NBC10 reports.
While investigators said at least 20 bullets were fired, no one was found shot or injured in the North Philadelphia shooting.
Both incidents remain under investigation.
