Peanut Butter-Chocolate Power Bites — makes 46 mini bites

Ingredients:
1 cup of uncooked rolled oats
¼ cup of ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons of honey
½ cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
¾ cup of peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, flax seed & chips in a medium bowl, stir until evenly blended
  2. Add honey & peanut butter, stir until evenly blended
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  4. Once chilled, form balls to 1/2 diameter or desired size & ENJOY!
  5. Store in refrigerator, freeze after 3 days
