McGillin's opens at 11 a.m. Thursday and is offering customers a free bowl of soup at lunch.
The long-anticipated winter storm has finally arrived. And while snow has begun to fall in Philadelphia and South Jersey and is expected to last most of the day Thursday, it's not stopping some favorite local eateries from opening their doors, and ovens, to the public.
