Philadephia police are investigating after a man's dead body was discovered Saturday afternoon inside an abandoned building in Kensington.
Authorities discovered the unidentified man, believed to be in his thirties, at 1:24 p.m. inside a property on the 2800 block of D-Street, located just off Kensington Avenue near SEPTA's Somerset Station, according to NBC 10.
Police said the body was found at the bottom of a stairwell inside the property. Medics pronounced him dead at 1:40 p.m.
Investigators have yet to determine whether the man died under suspicious circumstances.
