Police in Atlantic City are investigating after two teenagers were shot Thursday at Trump Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino.
According to investigators, the incident occurred around 11:15 p.m. on the hotel's 47th floor, CBS 3 reports.
Officers received a report of a shooting and later learned that two teenagers who showed up at local hospitals were involved in the incident.
The victims, both 16, were treated for non-life threatening injuries. Authorities later arrested a 17-year-old suspect who was found with a handgun nearby the casino, now owned by Carl Icahn but still bearing the name of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
The teen, who was not identified, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and related charges, but has not yet been charged in the shooting.
The motive for the shooting remains unclear and an investigation of the incident remains ongoing.
