Fisher-Price, along with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, is voluntarily recalling three infant cradle ‘n swing models sold in the U.S.

Fisher-Price, along with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, has issued a voluntary recall on three of its infant swing models due to the possibility of the equipment unexpectedly falling over if not installed properly.

The three affected models – sold in the United States under product codes CMR40, CMR43 and CHM84 and with the model names "Sweet Savanna," Sweet Surroundings" and "Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends" – have been found to risk falling over if "the seat peg isn’t fully inserted."

The swings have been sold at buybuyBaby, Target and other stores nationwide, as well as online at Amazon.com and other websites from November 2015 through March 2016 for about $170, the recall states.

Fisher-Price is not recommending the equipment be returned, but rather is urging caretakers to check to make sure the peg is installed properly.

To help, the company has issued an information guide, here.
