Fresh to Order will open three locations in the Philadelphia area, including one in Center City.

Atlanta-based fast-casual chain Fresh to Order will be heading up north to open three locations in Philly-area locations.

According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, the chain has awarded a three-unit deal to local franchises that will open up restaurants in King of Prussia, Center City and the Main Line.

Partners Tony Chong and Daryl Ortiz of The Kephas Group plan to open the first location next summer and had been plan an expansion north for long time, identifying Philadelphia "a perfect place to start."

Fresh to Order offers everything form burgers and paninis to more fine dining options including grilled salmon and grilled prime medallion. The company regards its concept as 'fine-fast' dining.
