A 35-year-old man was shot and killed inside the Federal Deli Market in Point Breeze on Monday night, Philadelphia police said. The man was engaged in an argument with two women inside the corner store when one of the women shot him, investigators said.

A 31-year-old woman accidentally struck and killed her 2-year-old daughter while she was parking her SUV in North Philadelphia on Wednesday night, police say. The woman was unaware that her toddler had followed her out the door when she went to move her doubled-parked vehicle on the 200 block of Comly Street in Crescentville, investigators said.
