Eagles OL coach Jeff Stoutland's many thoughts on OT Andre Dillard

During spring practices, the Philadelphia media had a chance to speak with the Eagles' positional coaches. As I usually do, I camped out for the entirety of Jeff Stoutland's session, because he usually has a lot of interesting things to say about his offensive linemen. As you might imagine, because the Eagles drafted an offensive lineman, Andre Dillard, in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, a large portion of the interview session was about him. We'll just show you Stoutland's words, re-ordered a bit to make it flow a little more cleanly.

Mailbag: Where do the Eagles match up well against each of their division rivals?

In our Eagles chat this week, there were a lot of questions that we could not get to in time or other questions we did answer but could use more color. And so, let's do a mailbag post to answer some of the overflow.

Eagles 53-man roster projection after spring practices

Philadelphia Eagles spring practices are in the books. Well, almost. There's one more short practice to get through on Thursday, but barring some kind of major injury, nothing that happens today will change my opinion on a projected 53-man roster. Anyway, here's what I got heading into the summer.

An update on each Eagles player recovering from injury

This time last year, the Philadelphia Eagles had a slew of players still recovering from injuries after what was a shortened offseason as a result of the Birds' Super Bowl run. This year, that list has a similar number of names, but it is expected that the Eagles won't have as many guys missing when the regular season begins.

Eagles have their core locked up long-term: Defense edition

Overall, the defense's most important players -- Fletcher Cox, Malcolm Jenkins, Brandon Graham, and Derek Barnett -- are locked up through at least 2020, though the defense doesn't have the same level of long-term pieces as the offense.

Eagles mini-camp observations: A bunch of the big dogs return to the field

The Philadelphia Eagles will soon break for about a month and a half during the summer, but before they do, they have to get through a mandatory three-day minicamp, which kicked off on Tuesday. Even with guys like Lane Johnson, Jason Peters, Malcolm Jenkins, and Alshon Jeffery returning to the field, it wasn't a particularly exciting practice. Still, as always, we have notes.
