The FBI and Philadelphia Police are seeking to identify a man who allegedly robbed a bank in Old City Thursday. The suspect entered the TD Bank branch at 399 Market Street around 1:40 p.m. and handed a teller a demand note, police said. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the area.
