Whole Foods will begin selling hummus from Zahav, the James Beard Award-winning restaurant that Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook opened in Philadelphia in 2008. The hummus, which retails for $7.99, is the first product from Zahav Foods, the restaurant's new retail arm. It goes on sale Jan. 16.
