Norma Galagarza, 68, of Chalfont, pleaded guilty to stealing more than $600,000 over a 13-year period from a charity fund that she oversaw. She was sentenced to five months probation and previously repaid the money. Prosecutors said she used the stolen money to pay her taxes, car payments and credit card bills.

A 39-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds was found at City and Cardinal avenues Sunday night on the campus of St. Joseph's University, authorities said. The man was shot elsewhere and left to die at the college. Police shut down City Avenue for multiple hours as they investigated the homicide.
