Norma Galagarza, 68, of Chalfont, pleaded guilty to stealing more than $600,000 over a 13-year period from a charity fund that she oversaw. She was sentenced to five months probation and previously repaid the money. Prosecutors said she used the stolen money to pay her taxes, car payments and credit card bills.
