Twelve people at Guadenzia Diagnostic and Rehab Center in East Falls were hospitalized late on Friday after they were sickened by smoking K-2, a synthetic form of marijuana that has become a dangerous trend.

According to 6 ABC, several ambulances were called to the rehab center located on the 3200 block of Henry Avenue.
Officials have released few details and say an investigation of the incident is ongoing.
