A 14-year-old girl is being treated at Einstein Medical Center for stab wounds after authorities say she showed up injured at the nurse's office at Jay Cooke Elementary School in North Philadelphia on Wednesday morning, according to a CBSPhilly report.
There have been no reports on whether or not the stabbing happened inside the school or if the girl is a student there. Her condition is also unknown at this time.
CBSPhilly reports police and medic units were called to the school just before 9 a.m.
