Police seek help identifying victim of hit-and-run incident in Haddon Township

Police are asking the public for help identifying the victim in a hit-and-run incident in Haddon Township.

The incident occurred Saturday just after midnight on the southbound lanes of the Black Horse Pike near the ramp of the Walt Whitman Bridge.

The victim was riding a black and red Mongoose mountain bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver, whose name has not been disclosed, has been arrested and charged with several offenses.

The victim is described as a 5-foot-7, 180-pound man of Mexican descent in his late 20's. He was wearing jeans with black and red Nike Air Jordan sneakers and a white Under Armour hat.
