Loved ones shared an update on Philadelphia cancer patient Andy Sealy, who threw a goodbye party for her boobs before undergoing a double mastectomy, and said the cancer has spread.

Philadelphia cancer patient Andy Sealy, who threw a goodbye party for her breasts before undergoing a double mastectomy earlier this month, has received some bad news regarding her prognosis.

Since the mastectomy, Sealy has learned that her cancer is stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, which has reportedly spread to part of her spine and hip, and "there is no cure."

Her treatment plan is going to be "much longer and harder than originally we had all wished," a friend reports on a GoFundMe page that's since been created by loved ones to help Sealy with living expenses and treatment.

But in the optimistic spirit Sealy has become known for, she reports she isn't going to allow the news to dim her shine: "I have cancer but cancer DOES NOT have me," she said in a GoFundMe update.
