Is it dumb to project what the Eagles' roster will look like when we're only in June and haven't even put on pads yet? Yeah, maybe. Still, guessing on a 53-man roster does provide one way of looking at the roster in terms of camp battles to watch, as well as where the team is positionally strong, and where it is weak. So, what the hell? Since spring practices just wrapped up and we have a looooong gap until the next Eagles practice, let's just do this.

On Thursday, the Philadelphia Eagles wrapped up a three-day mandatory minicamp, and the team won't hit the practice fields again until the end of July. The Eagles dialed back practice a bit, and they practiced waaaay on the other side of the field from us (making it quite difficult to see). Still, as always, we have notes.

On Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles' assistant coaches gathered for a media session with reporters for a half-hour or so each. I chose to camp out with offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland for the entirety of the offensive portion of the day.

If you look ahead to the Philadelphia Eagles' salary cap space in 2019 on OverTheCap.com, you'll find that the Birds are presently projected to be $30 million-plus over the cap. They have by far the most money committed to the 2019 salary cap in the NFL.

Prior to the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl appearance, defensive end Chris Long made a bet with linebackers coach Ken Flajole that he would get a picture of Flajole's face tattooed on his body if the Eagles won the big game.
