At least 25 deer have jumped to their deaths from the U.S. Route 219 overpass in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania over the last several months. Bucks County man gets prison for killing, burning pet dog on charcoal grill
Nikolay Lukyanchikov, 50, of Northampton Township, was sentenced to spend two to four years in state prison for fatally shooting his adopted pet greyhound and then burning the animal on a charcoal grill in his yard, Bucks County prosecutors announced Wednesday. Lukyanchikov will be prohibited from ever owning or caring for animals again once his prison term is completed.March 21, 2022

Sharpshooting Pennsylvania game warden fires shot that frees buck with antler stuck in net
A Pennsylvania Game Commission warden freed a buck whose antler was trapped in netting in Berks County by shooting off the antler with his long gun. A photo from the scene shows the moment the animal got free. It was unharmed.
