A New Jersey woman filed a discrimination lawsuit against Acme Markets over allegations that her employer failed to provide reasonable accommodations for her to pump breast milk. The woman was fired from an Acme in Ortley Beach, Ocean County, and claims she was verbally harassed by her supervisor.

Philly Fighting COVID CEO Andrei Doroshin urged Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley to step down in the wake of the city's split from its former vaccine partner. The start-up company is facing a slew of troubling allegations. Mayor Jim Kenney stood by Farley in a letter on Friday, but said the health department must make changes and produce a report on what led to the ill-fated partnership.

New charges filed against North Carolina man who allegedly attempted Center City kidnappings

Jacob Montague, 35, of North Carolina, has been charged in a pair of attempted kidnappings that took place in Philadelphia last November. Montague allegedly attacked one his victims while she walked her dog, pulling her into his vehicle at knifepoint.
