This Green Tropics smoothie — made with baby kale, yogurt, banana, mango, and pineapple – is loaded with nutrients and tastes delicious!
½ cup of water
1 cup of baby kale
½ cup of plain low-fat yogurt
½ cup of frozen mango
½ cup of pineapple
Add the water, kale leaves, yogurt, banana, frozen mango, and frozen pineapple to a blender and puree until smooth.
