Update, Tuesday, 11:45 a.m.: Philadelphia police report that Jean Frankel Ferdinand has returned home in good condition.

An elderly man has gone missing from his Northeast Philadelphia home, according to authorities.

Police said late Sunday night that Jean Frankel Ferdinand, 75, of the 1100 block of Kerper Street, was last seen at his residence around 4:15 p.m. Saturday.

Frankel suffers from Alzheimer's disease, dementia and another unspecified medical condition that requires medication, police said.

Frankel was previously reported missing on May 13, 2016, and was later found at the Naval Depot located at Oxford and Algon Avenues.

Police describe Frankel as standing 5'7" tall and weighing 160 pounds, sporting a mustache and last seen wearing a gray and orange T-shirt and green pants. Frankel speaks Creole and French, police said.
