According to three of the most trusted names in basketball writing, the Sixers, who currently own the third pick in next week's NBA Draft, are very interested in acquiring the No. 1 overall pick. Moreover, Bryan Colangelo is reportedly deep in talks with the Celtics and is currently awaiting the medical report for projected top pick Markelle Fultz.
League sources tell @ZachLowe_NBA and me that the Sixers and Celtics are in serious talks on a trade involving the No. 1 overall pick.

So that’s Marc Stein, Zach Lowe and Adrian Wojnarowski all reporting that the Sixers and Celtics are possibly on the verge of making a blockbuster trade before Thursday night.
