A teacher, two residential advisors and 31 ninth graders are waiting for road conditions to improve before returning to Philadelphia.

The YèShì Chinatown Night Market takes place Thursday, Oct. 10, from 6-10 p.m. The street festival highlights restaurants and businesses from the neighborhood. It will also feature karaoke, mahjong, cornhole, pingpong. K-pop singers and dance troupes.
