Steve's Prince of Steaks signals plans for new Wildwood shop

Steve's Prince of Steaks, the long-running Philly cheesesteak shop, put up a sign this week in Wildwood, New Jersey at 2701 New Jersey Ave. An opening date for the new shop has not been provided. Steve's opened in Northeast Philadelphia in 1980 and currently has two locations there and one in Langhorne, Bucks County.

$200,000 in dimes stolen from trailer parked at Walmart in Northeast Philly, police say

Police are investigating the theft of an estimated $200,000 in dimes stolen from a trailer that was parked overnight outside of a Walmart in Northeast Philadelphia. The trailer, which had about $750,000 in dimes inside, had been left in the parking lot by a truck driver who picked up a shipment of the coins from the U.S. Mint on Wednesday. In the lot along Byberry Road, thousands of dimes were found scattered on Thursday morning. An investigation into the theft is ongoing.

Former co-workers Mikayla Zeigler, 22, of West Chester, and Danielle King, 25, of Chadds Ford, allegedly stole more than $450,000 from their employer, West Chester-based doctor Ramarao Naidu, between October 2020 and August 2021, Chester County prosecutors said.

Husband pleads guilty to killing, dismembering Sellersville woman Beth Capaldi

Stephen Capaldi, 57, of Sellersville, pleaded guilty to killing his wife, Beth Capaldi, and dismembering her body at their home in Bucks County last October, prosecutors said. Capaldi will spend between 22 and 44 years in state prison and must pay restitution to his daughter to cover funeral expenses for Beth's funeral.

Suspect wanted in fatal shooting at Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru in Cheltenham

Cheltenham police are seeking to identify the man who shot and killed Rachel King, 35, at the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru at the Melrose Shopping Center on Tuesday morning. The suspect fled in a light-colored sedan and remains at-large. King's 11-year-old son was in the back seat of her vehicle during the shooting.
