People fully vaccinated against the coronavirus do not need to wear face masks, in most situations, in either indoor or outdoor settings, the Centers for Disease Control said Thursday afternoon, prompting Pennsylvania health officials to immediately end that state's mask mandate for people who received their shots. Face mask mandates in Philadelphia and New Jersey remain in place for now. The CDC's change marks a major policy shift in what has been one of the hallmarks of public health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bucks County prosecutors pursue charges that Raffaela Spone used 'deep fake' software to alter images and videos of girls on her daughter's cheerleading squad. Spone, who allegedly was trying to get the girls in trouble, is still charged with harassing the teens using text messages and phone calls from disguised phone numbers.

Christian WIlliams, 50, of Philadelphia, was found dead inside his vehicle at a recreation area in Cheltenham Township on May 13, 2021, Montgomery County prosecutors said. Williams was restrained inside his car and apparently had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, according to investigators.
