30 people charged in N.J. drug bust, including three who allegedly killed youth football coach

At least 30 people have been indicted in a large-scale drug distribution organization in Atlantic County following a four-year investigation, prosecutors said. Three of the defendants also are accused of conspiring in the fatal shooting of Desmond Tally, an Atlantic City and Pleasantville youth football coach, in Feb. 2019.

Remains of Amish teen Linda Stoltzfoos found in Lancaster County, prosecutors say

The remains of Linda Stoltzfoos, the18-year-old Amish woman who disappeared last June, have been found in a rural area of eastern Lancaster County, prosecutors announced. The discovery comes after an intensive search spanning 10 months. Justo Smoker, 35, was charged in December with kidnapping and killing Stoltzfoos.

Former cop Derek Chauvin guilty of all charges for killing George Floyd

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of all three charges against him, including two counts of murder, for killing George Floyd in 2020 by kneeling on Floyd's neck while he was in police custody. The jury delivered the verdict in the Minnesota courtroom late Tuesday afternoon.
