Philly man found dead inside car in Cheltenham, prosecutors say

Christian WIlliams, 50, of Philadelphia, was found dead inside his vehicle at a recreation area in Cheltenham Township on May 13, 2021, Montgomery County prosecutors said. Williams was restrained inside his car and apparently had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, according to investigators.
