Beloved Philadelphia restaurant Bridget Foy's will celebrate a grand reopening on Feb. 12, coinciding with the city's expansion to 50% dining capacity for restaurants that meet COVID-19 ventilation standards set by the health department. Bridget Foy's was completely destroyed by a fire at its South Street location in October 2017, requiring a full interior and exterior rebuild.

Tracy Rollins Jr., 28, of Dallas, Texas, is charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of 47-year-old Rebecca Landrith, a former fashion model whose body was found along I-80 in western Pennsylvania on Feb. 7, 2021. Rollins, a truck driver, was apprehended by Connecticut State Police, who found evidence allegedly linking him to the shooting.

Philadelphia police are investigating the death of a person whose body was found stuffed inside a trash bag in the back of a U-Haul truck in Northeast Philadelphia on Feb. 11, 2021. The driver and passenger of the truck have been taken into police custody in connection with the discovery.
