Red-light cameras at two intersections in Bensalem Township will begin recording violations that result in $100 fines for drivers starting June 1. During a 60-grace period, there were more than 7,500 warning notices generated by the cameras at the intersections of Street and Knights roads and Route 1 and Old Lincoln Highway.

A fourth person was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with the assault and robbery of an off-duty Philadelphia police officer on May 12, authorities said. Arthur Jones, 38, was taken into custody at a hotel near Philadelphia International Airport. Three others have already been charged in the incident.

Head and neck cancers are significantly less likely among men and boys who have received the HPV vaccine, according to a new study out of Thomas Jefferson University. The risks of the sexually transmitted infection are more widely known to cause cervical cancer in women, but the virus also accounts for up to 70% of head and neck cancers in men.

A bottlenose dolphin died Friday morning in Cape May County's Skeeter Island Creek when rescuers attempted to capture the animal using a net. The Marine Mammal Stranding Center said other methods to herd the 7-foot-long mammal out of the creek were unsuccessful and the net was used as a last resort.

Two staples of Philly's restaurant scene — Bing Bing Dim Sum and Cheu Noodle Bar — are soon closing. The dumpling spot in East Passyunk will close on July 21. The Fishtown ramen restaurant is shutting down on June 7. Both restaurants were led by co-owners Shawn Darragh and chef Ben Puchowitz.

Ventnor is home to New Jersey's longest ocean fishing pier and has a 1.7-mile boardwalk that leads directly into Atlantic City. Sites to see include the Ventnor Square Theater and a large, outdoor recreational facility with tennis and pickleball courts. Ventnor's beaches are guarded daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

An 'Appeal to Heaven' flag flew last summer at Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Jr.'s vacation home on Long Beach Island, the New York Times reported. The flag has been embraced by far-right groups that were involved in the Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol. It raises questions about his impartiality in a case tied to the riot.
