WATCH: Suspects force customers to ground in armed robbery of Kensington store

Police are looking to identify and locate the suspects who robbed El Gallo Grocery Store in Kensington.

Police are seeking the public's help in finding two suspects wanted for an armed robbery in Kensington.

In surveillance video released Monday by police, two male suspects can be seen entering the El Gallo Grocery Store at 118 East Tioga Street on Wednesday at 9:18 p.m.

The men force two male customers to the floor, while pointing handguns at an employee behind the counter. After taking a customer's cell phone and $20 from a 34-year-old female, one of the men goes behind the counter. Police say he took an undetermined amount of money while the other suspect stated, "shoot him in the leg." 

Both suspects then fled the store on foot and were last seen heading east on the 100 block of Tioga Street.


Police describe the suspects as follows:

Suspect 1: Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 210 pounds with a stocky build, wearing a ski mask, black Nike hooded jacket, black pants and black boots.

Suspect 2: Male, 185 pounds, with a light complexion and thin build, wearing a black scarf around his face, black windbreaker, black pants and black sneakers.
