WATCH: Two masked men with handguns rob corner grocery store, police say

Police are looking to identify and locate the suspects wanted in connection with a commercial robbery.

Police are seeking the public's help in finding two suspects they say robbed a corner grocery store in North Philadelphia.

In surveillance video released by police Friday, two unknown males can be seen entering a corner grocery store on the 1800 block of N. 19th St. on Wednesday.

According to police, at least one of the suspects points a handgun at the employees and demands money. After taking approximately $300 and seven packs of Newport cigarettes, both men flee, police say.

They were last seen heading north on 19th Street.


Police describe the suspects as follows:

Suspect 1: Black male, 25 to 30 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a thin build and medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray Polo zip-up hooded sweatshirt, black mask, blue jeans with rips in the thighs, red rubber bracelet and was armed with a handgun.

Suspect 2: Black male, 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with a black puffy vest, dark-colored jeans and a white mask.
